Former national diving champion and national team coach for over twenty years Jim brings years of success in the sport as well as experience from coaching teams all over the world at every major event including the Olympic Games.  In his twelfth year with the Pan Am Diving Club Jim oversees all the programs within the club and ensures that the coaching staff is professionally trained and that the divers are receiving the best coaching available.  Jim is a great motivator and can always get his divers to perform better than they themselves thought they could.  "It is important to me that divers that come through my program are not afraid to fail but rather afraid to have not tried at all."

Keith is a former diver with the Pan Am Diving Club and a many time national tower finalist as well as a Canada Games medallist.  As well as being a great coach with the club Keith is also a Doctor of Chiropractic medicine. Keith is also a certified Level III coach with the Canadian Coaching Association.
